TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: Project 100's "Suggest Someone" program is open to all legal U.S. residents of the following Michigan counties: Oakland and Wayne. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Timing: Sign-Up Period begins on August 18, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 01, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Program Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sign-Up Period.

3. How to Enter: Visit www.whatisproject100.com and fill out the online sign-up form or send a postcard containing the name and residential address (must be located in one of the counties listed in item 1 of these Terms & Conditions) of the person being suggested, along with a short description of why you are suggesting that person, to Project 100, c/o Co-op Services Credit Union, 29550 Five Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48154. Once you complete and submit the online registration form or send in your postcard, you will automatically be entered as a candidate for the "Suggest Someone" program. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Limit (1) one entry per person for the "Suggest Someone" program. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

4. Program: Project 100 is an independent organization whose decisions and selection of the potential recipients is final and binding. Project 100 will randomly select recipients from all entries received during the Sign-Up Period. Potential recipients will be visited at random at the residential address provided and must be home at the time of visit in order to participate. Each recipient will receive ONE (1) $100 dollar bill. Odds of being selected as a recipient depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sign-Up Period.

5. Release: By submitting your name and address, you have consented to having the Project 100 staff visit your home if your name should be selected. All entries become the property of Project 100 and will not be returned. By receipt, the recipient agrees to release and hold harmless Project 100, and their respective suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the program.

6. General Conditions: Project 100 reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the program, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Project 100's reasonable control, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the program, as determined by Project 100 in its sole discretion.

7. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or programming associated with or utilized in the Program; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the "Suggest Someone" program.

8. Privacy: Project 100 will not share your name or information with any outside parties.

9. Publicity: You agree that your participation in the program, unless prohibited by law, also constitutes a grant to Project 100 of the right to print, publish, reproduce, exhibit, display, broadcast and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter discovered and at any time, your name, picture, voice, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation and without additional consent. In particular, Project 100 reserves the right to publish your name and location (city and/or state of residence) in the event that you are a $100 Recipient.

10. Program Conditions: Recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the $100-dollar bill.
